Went in for a scheduled oil change but had a bad experience with the service department I was on time 715am then they made me wait 2 hours, it was now after 910am. The service invoice said my car experience with the service department I was on time 715am then they made me wait 2 hours, it was now after 910am. The service invoice said my car was completed at 820am. Why did they make me wait an additional 50 minutes in the waiting room ?? If had i not gone to the service department for an update I would have waited longer, what kind of service department would do that to their customers? When I asked why I was not called when my car was ready the service advisor gave me snarky rude comment about their operating hours and service. Needless to say we all will never go back to this dealership. More

I ended Up driving over an hour to Honda of Toms River because they said they had the make and model of the civic hatch II’ve been looking for, for weeks. Lisa, the lovely woman who took my initial call, was efficient, quick with information, and easy to speak with over the phone. When I got there, Doug had been waiting for me. He was a class act and true gentlemen. Doug was kind, courteous, patient, and beyond efficient. I’ve never had such an easy and pleasant experience at a dealership before, and quite frankly, he made my 2 and a half hours of driving back to north jersey worth every single minute. I would do it again, knowing that I would be treated well. Thank you again to Lisa, Doug, and Alec. I cant tell you how much I appreciate you all. More
