I understand that people are busy nd dont always have time to answer calls. But every time I tried to call back the call went to voice mail. A couple of the calls were just that, a call and the voice mail was full so try the call later. I did that and got the same response. I now know that Honda of Toms River is absolutely no different than any other dealership I have contacted in the last few months. I also know this is an automated email and the upper management of Honda of Toms River does not respond to inquiries, emails or phone calls. In response to your question, I have only contacted 3 dealerships about used vehicles and you are all the same. Come in today, bring your trade so we can assess it and we will give you top dollar. Its all the same xx! maybe its time to start looking at our dealerships and other ways to purchase a vehicle. Lastly, when I purchased the vehicle. I was told that service would like to check out the CRV about a month after purchase just to make sure its still in good shape. So I made an appointment for Friday, April 7th. It was a month and 2 days after purchase. The salesman said the service department would call and confirm the appointment. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! and since my wife and I were on vacation for 2 weeks in Iceland, I completely forgot about the service appointment AND as I was driving home from the airport, less than 3 weeks after buying the CRV. The maintenance warning light came on. Yes your dealership is as screwed up as all the others. Will I be back, probably not Will you read this, probably not! I do apologize for it being so long. have a great day! stay safe and well Bill
