dealership only cared about their end of the month sale. drove off the lot and warning light came on. immediately called and was told they would take care of it. a month has gone by without the car being drove off the lot and warning light came on. immediately called and was told they would take care of it. a month has gone by without the car being fixed. i cant go through inspection with light on. i cant begin to tell you how many people have told me they would call back within a day. not one return call. worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon and didn’t want to drive around on the spare. I called Honda of Toms River and they were able to fit me in within the hour. A few hours later I had four new tires on to drive around on the spare. I called Honda of Toms River and they were able to fit me in within the hour. A few hours later I had four new tires on my car at a reasonable price and was out the door. Thanks, Honda! More

Everyone in the service department was very friendly. Mike was very helpful in getting my car in as soon as possible. I was seen 2 days after I called to schedule to have my AC fixed and they got it done Mike was very helpful in getting my car in as soon as possible.
