Terrible experience. Lied on the phone to get me to come in (Said they pay Kelly Blue Book and up to 20% more), when there they offered 30% under at first then 15% under Lied on the phone to get me to come in (Said they pay Kelly Blue Book and up to 20% more), when there they offered 30% under at first then 15% under not because of condition, it was just their offer. But worse was they listed a car on their website for $34,655 and then onsite said they add $4,000 to all cars. Not sure how that is not false advertising. They are keeping the used car reputation alive. They could have been honest on the phone about the mark up and trade-in approach and not wasted my time. More
