Refuse to take responsibility for a recurring issue since purchase of new car! Given they have attempted to remedy the issue more than once with no success, now it’s my responsibility because of mileage eve purchase of new car! Given they have attempted to remedy the issue more than once with no success, now it’s my responsibility because of mileage even tho it’s the same issue since I first reported at 7k miles! To add, I waited 3 weeks to finally get in touch with service person after they promised to call me back within a day or 2. Now for the 2nd time I’m supposed to be awaiting a call from service manager who I have yet to receive a call from once, it’s been over a month!!! Just awful More
I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the parking spot by a smiling gentleman who noted important information. The door to the building was held open for me.
