I bought 2 cars from this dealership and had them serviced here. Yesterday I arrived at one p.m left at 2:14. I was charged $267.03 for labor which consisted of putting in a couple of clips to tight serviced here. Yesterday I arrived at one p.m left at 2:14. I will.not go to a dealer ship for work again. I spent $442.47 3 days before $219.18 for 2 hrs labor. Did I get ripped off? More
I went to this dealer as a new customer. My old mechanic retired. I got my Honda from DCH in Eatontown but Toms River is closer so I went there. After getting an oil change I was told I need front and back brakes, my belt was cracked and needed to be replaced, my filter was dirty and my battery was bad. I called the finance person from Eatontown and they suggested I bring it in for a second option. The service person at Eatontown showed me a picture of my belt… nothing wrong with it! My front brakes were fine; and my battery came up green. My back brakes needed to be done and my filter was not dirty. Safe to say I will drive farther to go to Eatontown. More
