Recently made a special order Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) purchase at the dealer’s Parts Department, and then when parts arrived, made an appointment to have the parts assembled/installed, Manufacturer (OEM) purchase at the dealer’s Parts Department, and then when parts arrived, made an appointment to have the parts assembled/installed, via their Service Department.
