After initially having an issue with one of the managers, and posting a negative response, I was contacted by Yelica Torres and asked to call the dealership. I spoke with a manager named Robert, who not only apologized on behalf of the dealership, but went the extra mile to correct the issue to the best of his ability. Being under much stress from losses due to the hurricane, Mr. Vazquez handled the deals with compassion, honesty and professionalism, which quickly gained my trust. All of the personnel I dealt with (sales,credit,finance) were enjoyable to work with and made the purchase process easy and comfortable. Followup communications from Angel and the dealership has been exceptional after receiving the vehicles, insuring all is OK. More
I bought a new Honda Civic EX from Steve in earlier October. Unfortunately, my beautiful new car was flooded in the hurricane & I was heart broken.
