For a full 20 day timeframe within October and November of 2020, the Sales Department worked with me every step of the way in helping me to purchase this car and keep me updated during the long wait. Good dealerships in both sales and service are normally the result of a comprehensive Team effort by the dealership’s entire workforce, where no one is considered ‘less important’ than another. For example; when the restroom is consistently very clean whenever I’ve used it within the last 4+ years, conventional wisdom would suggest that the Janitor or Custodian has a less important job; but an equally valid alternative viewpoint is that his or her job is just as important towards the overall goal of Customer Satisfaction.
