I buy a new car so I don't have to deal with repairs. After having my car for a year and a half, I have to have it repaired, due to a recall. I wanted a loaner car. I was told that was not an option. That was not going to work for me. I was told when I made the appointment someone would take me home when I dropped it off and come get me to pick it up. I had my neighbor to take me when I dropped it off. I asked if someone would pick me up to get my car. He said he would work on it. When I got the call to pick up my car there was no one available to get me. Fortunately, my neighbor was able to help me. The receipt is being mailed to me for some reason, I don't know why. It's very frustrating to spend my only day off without a car and having to find someone to drive me back and forth, especially for a recall. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant and seem to take good care of my car, but I should have been better accommodated. More

Location is great. Service department is easy to get an appointment with. My service writer Tom makes everything clear and gives prices. I purchased a new CRV at the time of service. When I checked in on Wednesday evening, the service man was pretty abrupt with me. So much that my daughter, who was with me and who’s car it actually is, was surprised at the way he said things about the was pretty abrupt with me. I usually get great service, but I was pretty taken aback by this. Also, the car was supposed to be done by 3:00, but it was closer to 4:00. I was told it would be started first thing Thursday mort, but I was told that they were busy. Makes me the think twice about bribing my 3 Honda vehicles back in for service. All in all, I was very happy. The car runs great, but the first service man needs to speak a lot nicer to customers! More
