I was pleased to be working with James Berson and Brian Silverstrone. I had had a bad experience in January and had decided to turn in the car at the end of the lease and go to a new dealership. Spoke to Steve on the phone who lured me in with his friendliness. Came in 5 minutes before close with another dealership’s offer. They matched my offer and gave me a better trade-in price.
