I feel I must qualify my review by saying that I have had little work done by this entity outside of oil changes and safety recall work. I also buy parts for DIY maintenance (ie. wiper blades, cabin air filt little work done by this entity outside of oil changes and safety recall work. As such, they have been convenient, efficient, solicitous, friendly, brave, clean, and reverent (just kidding about those last three, although it's probably accurate). And, I have never yet had a complaint, or detected a defect, post-service-wise. Hence my all-in approval rating. More
