I made a 4 1/2 hour round trip to look at an 8 year old car. I inquired about the car and talked to a Katelin, she told me her dealer was giving great trade deals. She told me they are giving 20% over trade value and they were in dire need for used cars. I was bringing them the same year vehicle with 26,000 less miles and a vehicle that is worth more. I made the trip out there and drove the car and discovered the rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced, no big deal. The car was listed on their site over NADA value on top of it all. What was most frustrating is I wanted to know how much to just buy the car cash and not trade my car in and nobody could give me that information. Katelin tells me through text that "that would have to be discussed here". So I had to drive out there just to get the run around. More

This dealer is not helpful, not honest, and not friendly. I brought my Honda Element in with a broken tailpipe and they said it could not be fixed- not by them nor by anyone else.
