I requested Doug Lazaro because of a friend who had told me he's the best. As soon as I sat down he made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the model cars that were available that we were interested in. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The Doug was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst dealer ever!!!!!! They tried to scam my sister and make her wait 5 hours before making her sign a lease and tried to tack on fees with this gros Worst dealer ever!!!!!! If I can give them the worst lieing experience ever I would! Doug Lazaro lied to my sister the whole time.(stay away from him) with his phoney suit and tie trick!! They made my sister come back to pick up a honda HRV that they gave a price to her on black friday late night. They kept calling her the next day like crazy while she told him she's working. She decided to get the car with them and it was all down hill from their when he started lieing about a $2000.00 dollar cheaper car she wanted and he comes back with the higher price. Really you told her it would of been $20 less a month payments !!! BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER STAY FAR AWAY. MY sister got so upset with the games finally when we reached financing after 5 hours. I'm not kidding you 5 hours. Never in her life did she wait 5 hours to lease a car!! The financial guy even said we aren't that busy today. I dont know why it took you that long to get in here. Only to find out they did that to try scam her out of tax title and registration fees..1,100.....my sister got so upset she started voicing her disgust in the place and told them deal is off!!!! How dare you!!! She called phoney Doug over and said this was not the deal how dare you!!! These people should be put out of business!! Eric the manager tried coming over and my sister gave him a earful of the bs games they tried to pull! Stay far away from this dealer!! Scam artist!!! Big time!!! REVIEWS ARE LEGAL!! And it's against the law to bully people!! WHY? You didnt want my sister to expose what a fraud your dealership is!!! They tried to scam her and everyone should know what they did!!! So they can make there own judgement and stay far away from this place!! Update: We reported them to honda corporate because we had eric the manager call use 3 times too harrass us about this review and he actually told us to return the car. Really? Eric I think I own it. They should be very ashamed of themselves the way they treated us. Triple zeros for you!!!! More
