No problem making appointment, for recall which other dealership gave me a problem. Well, after I posted my initial review on this site (posted on December 9th ) of this dealership and their unethical practices, I received an email from Honda of Tom’s River later that same day congrat (posted on December 9th ) of this dealership and their unethical practices, I received an email from Honda of Tom’s River later that same day congratulating me on the purchase of my Certified preowned CRV. Attached to this welcome email was my 182 point inspection checklist, my vehicle history report, and the certified Pre-Owned Vehicle warranty booklet. I purchased my vehicle and left the dealership on December 4, 2024 and received this “welcome” email on December 9, 2024. The 182 point checklist was signed by the service technician and service manager on December 6th, two days after I left the dealership and by some miracle my signature appeared on the document with a signature date of December 9th, five days after I had left the dealership. I contacted the dealership on December 10th to report this issue and spoke to one of the managers. I expressed my concern as to how they could have certified vehicle two days after I had left the dealership with the vehicle, and most importantly, informed her of their unethical practices. This particular manager needed to confirm my accusation and contacted me back the next day on December 11th and assured me that the vehicle had been certified completely on November 30th when it arrived at the dealership and that the reason “my” signature was there is that they wanted to try to pass the paperwork along to complete everything to make it “easier on me“! I have since left multiple messages for the general manager to find a way to rectify this problem. Since I’m not sure if this car is actually certified, I wanted to take it to another Honda dealership since I have no trust in this dealership, and have Honda of Toms River handle the expense. I also am unsure as to what my warranty is, and what is covered. Additionally, I have tried to have a discussion with the dealership about how they lowballed me in my trade-in, which I know was to get more money at my expense. No one from the dealership will talk to me because of their fear that I am going to take legal action, even though my messages have stated I am willing to have a discussion with them. More

This is not reflective of the service received at Tom's River Honda. However, it is useful to be informed of these matters. More
