STAY AWAY! !! Probably the most disingenuous service department ever. Today I was told I will not receive any more free oil changes for my wife's 2012 CRV unles !! Probably the most disingenuous service department ever. Today I was told I will not receive any more free oil changes for my wife's 2012 CRV unless I pay for services that are substantially less at other dealers ie. Causeway Honda. I was told I signed a document when I bought my car that explained that I have to use their dealer exclusively in order to continue free oil changes. Funny thing though I have all of my original paperwork and nothing states that. Thankfully we have all of this technology today that will allow me to post reviews like this and email people like the BBB and Honda with my concerns. I also have over 700 twitter followers that will hear about Honda of Toms River and how they treat their customers. Great job losing another customer! More

Quick, Easy, and Honest Signed a great deal with James for a 2016 Civic. First time new car buyer, brought my dad for moral support. We came in and received no run-around. Signed a great deal with James for a 2016 Civic. First time new car buyer, brought my dad for moral support. We came in and received no run-around. I expressed that I was interested in a Civic or a CRV. James listened to my lifestyle, asked about travel and use--then flat out said, a CRV wouldn't be right. He showed the Civic, explained the specs and I was sold. He wasn't pushy, in fact, he was incredibly honest and open. It also didn't hurt that he was a young and funny salesman. He knew the market and knew who would be driving the car at the end of the day. He kept my dad involved, but really catered to my needs. He was very honest even when my dad quizzed him on every off-the-wall mechanical question on the car-- he simply didn't know. However, he found out all the answers to every question my dad asked without my dad having to remind him. Overall, a great experience. Thanks James! Thanks Honda of Toms River! More
