Tough journey but Amazing experience! Though at first when I walked in expecting to trade in my car for a pre owned honda they had on the lot they didn't seem so friendly at first. They did try to sell that car very well but when I got a chance to actually see it I wasn't thrilled. And my step dad didn't make the experience any better. After long thought I did not buy the car but I did go back by myself and gave a good look around and one of the dealers Tom did approach me and show me a car I might be interested in. I finally went in and talked to DJ Wilson and after many hours of being denied for multiple cars DJ had his crew detail the car Tom did show me and guess what, it was PERFECT! And DJ was sooooo helpful in the amount of like 5 hours I was there. He did try his best to get me approved and he looked for many cars for me due to the fact I have new credit. I am now a very proud owner of a pre owned 2010 Honda Civic and I love it. Every Question I threw at him he answered. I have recently recommened him to many friends, co workers, annd family. DISHONESTY now and a year and a half ago Bought my 2013 Accord there. Not told the "COMPLETE" truth about "free" oil changes back then. Oil changes are free "IF" you follow their schedule for vehicle maintenance - a SMALL detail they left out before I purchased the car a year and a half ago. I was called a week ago by Diana (telephone marketing, customer service employee) and was told I could get a new 2015 Accord for $60 a month less than I'm paying now due to lower interest rates. About a half hour before my appointment to meet with Diana she sent me a text message stating that I could get a new 2015 Accord for the same amount per month that I'm paying now. I replied to her text questioning why the change, she responded with "I was misinformed". When I challenged her honesty she called me on the phone to say she misspoke again and I could now get a 2015 Accord for $119/month (a special she just found out about - right). Well, not wanting to think she was a pathological liar, I wanted to see if I could at least find out a small bit of truth that would lower my monthly payments-I actually took a chance and went down to Honda of Toms River. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALER. Not only is this girl a liar, it seems that's what they pay her to do. And from how the salesman excluded the information about the free oil change program, it seems that lying is systemic within their practice. REALLY??? Like you need to lie to sell a Honda More
