My parents worked out a contract with Lou and a price for my car. Lou gave them a trade in value for my car based on my father's description and condition of the car. I was concerned that when I came in with the car the numbers would change as is the case with many dealerships. This was not the case at all. They honored the price given with no hassle. That is HUGE in the automobile business which is notorious for the numbers game. Lou was exceptional. He was honest, courteous and respectful and very knowledgeable of his product line. He is everything you would want in a product specialist. I would give him and this dealership my highest recommendation. More
