My Dad is a senior citizen who has very poor hearing which can lead to frustration very quickly -- for all parties concerned. Lou was patient and respectful. He took his time with us and made us feel comfortable. As Finance Manager, Derek too was caring, respectful and helpful. Dad (and the entire family, for that matter) love his 2014 Honda Accord Sport!
