I had gone to another local dealership and to say I was unhappy is an understatement. Doug answered all of my questions with class and pristine accuracy. When I had left the first time he encouraged me to shop around some more because he was confident that I would come back to get the best deal. He was 100% correct. My wife and I just picked up our new Honda CR-V EX-L with Navigation today. It was a smooth process, there wasn't any running back and forth to the sales manager, nor do we feel we were cheated. We got a better deal than the Edmunds True Value, with an interest rate that was better than the bank we had originally consulted, and significantly better than the other Honda dealership had given us. Overall Stephanie and Doug are a great team and I really had an easy time getting a great car at a fair price. Free oil changes and a free additional warranty were also deal closers for us as well.
