I have yet to receive any response from you or anyone else from your dealership. I guess your company has no interest in solving this issue, although when we spoke you acted very concerned.

My visit was approximately 5:45 pm on 11/18th. I do not agree with what was expressed and request that Honda of Toms River produce copy of said contract. Which could not be done. Further, in the two years I've had the vehicle, this was never ever expressed to me. Especially at time of purchase. In addition to this, the gentlemen in line in front of me was not advised this, yet he too was dropping his car off for an oil change.
