Rob, As promised I will find out what is going on regarding you plates. I can get you a loaner car that would not be a problem. With this being a holiday weekend I would be unable to speak to anyone in the Motor Vechile Deparment until Tuesday. I do appologize about the delay in everything but I do want to make things right. You said that you would call me back today, and it has not happened. Its not making me believe that you guys are really trying to make anything right. I understand that there is limited things you can do, as is the same for me, but a common decency to call back when you say you will goes a long way. Not to mention I have a TDY that I leave for next week, and this needs to be resolved before I leave. I am not going to be leaving my 6 months pregnant wife with out a car. Its bad enough our Anniversary this year has been trashed by your dealership. Monday we are forced to remain in our home as we cant go anywhere. Thanks Toms River Honda.

I was told today that my plates are in, however, I was transfered to salesman Ricky who then told me that they could overnight the plates. Today is friday and I fly out on sunday morning. I need my plates today. he said there was nothing he could do about it. I also mentioned to him that we have spoken about getting someone to drive the plates out to us. I was also told by a general manager 2 days ago that we could drive the car and the dealership would reimburse us for any tickets we recieve, but why would i want to risk that. So i am trying to finalize everything today so i dont have to deal with your dealership again. I dont want to have anymore reason to be dissappointed with your dealership anymore. I appreciate all your help in this matter, and Miss Alicia Alonso please don't take it as me being upset with you. I am upset with the process and ask for your help please. Thank you Rob Duncan
