Be very careful when dealing with Emily Seaman. I strongly recommend not to deal with her or to record the whole interaction on video. She is a dishonest, bottom feeder salesperson that does not disclose the fees and is desperate to make a sale any possible way. After she totally disregarded what color interior we wanted she brought in the wrong color interior car and still tried to lie and manipulate us saying that we asked for the same color interior we had in the previous car. She has extremely phony personality, after we told her we don't want to proceed with the lease unless they explain all the charges all her "friendliness" disappeared and she was rude and did not even acknowledge us the next day when we were waiting in the lobby. Chris in the finance dept. is obnoxious and pushy as well. Made us wait to sign the papers and when we finally were ready to review the paperwork told us that he was late for dinner with his wife and needed to leave by 5 pm. Needless to say it was 5:07 pm at the time. When we told him the next day that we do not want to proceed with the lease because he and Emily did not disclose the fees and he made my husband sign electronically using the signature pad without explaining or even showing the numbers and rushed us out, he started raising his voice and called my husband a liar. Chris is extremely unprofessional, rude and unpleasant. After I had enough of this circus and told the dealership that I m planning to file a claim in order to get the money I put down for the wrong ordered car, Garrett came into picture and finally was professional about the situation, apologized for Chris's behavior and refunded our money after a few days. We have been buying and leasing Hondas for years and never had such a horrible experience. The office is run like a used car dealership. Be careful what you sign and don't rush even when the pressure you into signing right away. They pretend to give you a discount while adding fees to make up for it. The same day we went to Eatontown and financed the car with the desired color at a very attractive price. It was a pleasure to deal with Eatontown dealership where they explained everything and disclosed all the fees. Beware of Emily and Chris, they work together to mislead you and trick you into signing. More
