garrett was horrible he made fun of me he yelled at me in front of everyone i signed all my paper work and was walking to vehicle when i was verbally told i owe $1k and i couldn’t leave if i wasn’t paying t front of everyone i signed all my paper work and was walking to vehicle when i was verbally told i owe $1k and i couldn’t leave if i wasn’t paying that meanwhile none of my signed documents said this fee the sales man ripped me off and embarresed me in front of everyone this is my 8th honda this man was so rude my sales man sat quiet and told me to sue honda it was a horrible experience i experienced as a young woman i was ripped off he even told me to sue honda i will continue to file a complain and get my money back and get justice garrett and jay are the worst and do not only treat humans wrong as long as a customer More
