My service was okay. The speed of my appointment was great. I was in and out in an hour and a half and I commend everyone for moving things along and getting to my vehicle in a timely manner. However, I found the staff abrupt and not very cordial. I was chastised for not coming in for my appointment right after my maintenance notice came on my dashboard (I had gone a few hundred miles over), and when explained that it was because I had a death in my family this past week, I was met with…nothing. No words. No condolences or show of sympathy. I would think those in a customer service position would offer some sort of respectful comment when a customer comes in explaining a death in their family caused them to come in a bit later than expected. This is my first time leasing a Honda and although my experience with the sales department was phenomenal (Ben Stecky was terrific in handling my sales), my experience with the service department was less than ideal. Not one “how are you?” Or “what can I do for you?” I am used to so much nicer and respectful customer service departments at other car dealerships that this is a bit of a shock to me. Other than the speed at which I was attended, I do not recommend service at this Honda location. More
Went for tire rotation and we asked about the remote starter option for our Accord sport and the dealership offered to install it for us. Lisa and Chris were both friendly and helpful. Chris enlightened me on how to use my auto start, which freehold Honda never told me I had auto start let alone show me how to use it. Chris was very knowledgeable he shared with me that it was very close to the time that I should have my oil changed and I appreciate that. The man that ticketed my vehicle for service was also very nice and helpful, sorry I don't have his name. Thanks Honda of Toms River I really appreciate you guys!! More
Stopped in 12/7 for Express Oil Change and could not fit me in...don't advertise this service if you can't deliver. Made appointment for 12/8 for oil change and adjust passenger side headlight. When I drive up to my garage door and there is a 11"-13" difference in the heights of my headlights, there is a problem. More
