This was my first visit to this service center. I was totally impressed with the quality of care I received. I met with Mike the service writer and he admirable explained the process. The car was dropped off for an oil change and maintenance back in November. Picked up the car and all the lights turned on. Went back and said I had to change the battery chip. Picked it up and lights tur back in November. Picked up the car and all the lights turned on. Went back and said I had to change the battery chip. Picked it up and lights turned on again. This time said the transmission needs to be replaced. What I have to say that the car went it fine and they flushed the transmission and something went wrong. I have tried getting an answer from Chris. Chris gave the problem to Eric and I have not received a phone call from him. I will report this to Honda headquarters because I am not getting any service from this center in Toms River. More
