Toms River Honda (TRH) is situated locally to my hometown and therefore very convenient. I recently tried to schedule an oil change at an out of town and out of county dealership where I work, but ultimately and therefore very convenient. I recently tried to schedule an oil change at an out of town and out of county dealership where I work, but ultimately had the work done at TRH, as the wait time for a service appointment at the other dealership was a full 5 weeks (ouch!); whereas TRH was not experiencing such a delay. In all fairness to the other dealership - I honestly don’t know what the holdup was, which no doubt was justifiable from their unique perspective, business model or Covid related labor shortages; but from my singularly focused goal to have my vehicle serviced sooner, TRH was clearly the better choice at this time. Thanks TRH! More
