Toms River Honda was an A+ experience. My son purchased a Honda Civic si from Carmax. Unfortunately the AC was not working. Which annoyed me because it’s a well known issue with the 2019 Honda Civic si. W Honda Civic si from Carmax. Unfortunately the AC was not working. Which annoyed me because it’s a well known issue with the 2019 Honda Civic si. We brought the vehicle to Toms River Honda. I was greeted in a professional manner and was informed that the AC compressor is covered under the extended warranty (which Honda extended due to AC issues). I was told that the wait time for the replacement would be about 3 hrs. I chose to wait for the car. Manager gave the work order to the best and fastest mechanic so I did not have to wait long. The mechanic was in contact with me via text. I asked to also have fluids checked which he did. The job was completed in about and hour and a half. This experience was more than exceptional. I will be and have already shared my experience with family and friends. Thank you Toms River Honda More
