I brought the car in for service for brakes and I also brought the car in for service three weeks later for recall and door lock issue. All of these things were taken care of, but when they did the multi point inspection, they didn’t top off the washer fluid in my wife’s car and she ran out of washer fluid while she was driving you’re supposed to check all that And fill up. Little disappointed in that otherwise the workmanship on the car is fine but like I said, just a little disappointed that I now know that they don’t check and fill up the fluids in the car, so I’ll have to do that myself from now on I guess. Not that this will make any difference at all, but I figured you asked me for my opinion and I’m giving it to you I have no problem with the service writer. He was very accommodating very patient with our explanations of what was the problem and he took care of it but unfortunately, he doesn’t know what goes on in the shop. More
Dishonest service dept. Do not get your vehicle fixed there! I had a ignition switch that was locked and wouldn't turn no matter what. They charged me $180.00 to "diagnose " but lied and said that would be put towards the bill if I had the truck fixed there.. I did... They didn't apply it anywhere on the invoice. When I asked about it ..I was told it was already credited. My truck had a FOB key and when they told me it would be around 1k dollars I assumed I was getting 2 Fob keys...but no.. two regular keys and a grey key that opens or starts... nothing on my truck. They are rip off specialists...stay clear More

After some prior issues with my car I brought it to Toms River Honda and Dean got to the bottom of it in less than 24 hours. Dean also arranged a shuttle ride in both directions free of charge.
