Work was done well….however, it took too long, and they didn’t communicate with me when they needed more time. No one called and then when I called the dealership to speak to a manager, I was told they wer didn’t communicate with me when they needed more time. The following day I was contacted via text asking about my experience, I shared, but still got no response…. Disappointed for sure! More
I had to have the fuel pump recalled on my 2019 civic sport, along with routine maintenance and check on one of my tires for a possible nail. I dropped the car off Saturday morning at 7:30 and had it bac sport, along with routine maintenance and check on one of my tires for a possible nail. I dropped the car off Saturday morning at 7:30 and had it back by 3:30 that day, with all my fluids topped off (i was out of wiper fluid, so that was nice), no nail in my tire thankfully. Surprisingly, almost a week later on that Thursday, I had my check engine light come on informing me I have an emissions systems problem. I was able to get an appointment first thing 7:30A that Saturday. TOM SCELFO was working and I explained to him how I didn't have 8 hours that day to let them work on my car, I needed whatever the issue was addressed immediately and if it couldn't be done, I needed loaner for the day. I was slightly irritated by the whole thing (another saturday morning at the dealership, really?) but TOM SCELFO went above and beyond to prioritize my car (the issue ended up being the unit attached to the fuel pump popping off/out) and had it back to me by 10:30A, just a few hours later. He even threw in a free car wash (which i actually really needed). Honda of TR service department is really one of the shining stars of the whole dealership and one of the main reasons I continue to lease with them, going on 10 years now. Tom was incredibly courteous, efficient and professional. You could tell he was honest. He had a great attitude about everything and I'm happy he was on staff to assist me. :) More
