I always take my car to this dealer for service. This time I noticed that the Honda Multi-point Vehicle Inspection Checklist indicates that the battery needs "replace". I stated to service rep that This time I noticed that the Honda Multi-point Vehicle Inspection Checklist indicates that the battery needs "replace". I stated to service rep that I had the battery replaced about 3 yrs ago at this dealer and he agreed but said it is not under warranty. I asked how could that be since this is the second battery and the car is a 2016 Accord with less than 50,000 miles? I will follow up with the Service Manger but a part from this incident, they have been great. More

My experience is always great! I've been this service center's customers for over 12 years and they have always been consistent with great customer service and attentive to my con I've been this service center's customers for over 12 years and they have always been consistent with great customer service and attentive to my concerns. I love how they always refer to the account and keep track of my vehicle's needs. I miss a few of the employees that have moved away but the new ones carry the same care for customers.
