I honestly, enjoy going there. It’s professionally environment and most of all pleasant. This is my second Honda and I don’t see myself deviating from them. I don’t know about anywhere else but to me, environment and most of all pleasant. This is my second Honda and I don’t see myself deviating from them. I don’t know about anywhere else but to me, Valley Stream Honda service gets 120 out of 100 in my book. Thank you always for a great service. Mr Hassan can really get you to buy a car fast. At time I made appmt for fuel pump recall replacement I was told part in stock. Emptied my gas tank, made arrangements for friend to pick me up at 7:30 am from Honda Service. Arrived home at 7:45 am to the was told part in stock. Emptied my gas tank, made arrangements for friend to pick me up at 7:30 am from Honda Service. Arrived home at 7:45 am to then receive a call that part not in stock. A total waste of my time, my friend’s time & inconvenience. Someone is not doing their job. More

The service was good. And Clara the woman at the reception desk was exceptionally considerate. She explained everything clearly. My only gripe would be the amount of time I waited. Safe clean environment with courteous workers. However, I did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change. And replaced my wipers I felt like this was a very long process especially when I was told that it wou did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change.
