Now I want to drive a tank as my daily driver. When I saw the Honda trail sport online I fell in love with it. I spoke to the receptionist who said a sales person would return my call. I was elated when Alexis returned my call. I arrived at the dealership shortly thereafter and once again received a good deal. My truck is rough and rugged ,capable of off road and smooth highway driving . I am 6 ‘ and happy with my roomy truck. It also fits in my garage. Thanks Alexis and the entire staff that assisted with my purchase 😁. More

I even recommended him to my father, who purchased a car from him as well. However, after my purchase, my registration sticker was mistakenly sent to the dealership’s address. On August 13, I went there to pick it up, and to my shock, Kazi Kamal spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, and I did not appreciate the way I was treated. It is disappointing that after making two sales from my family, he showed such poor customer service. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially when coming in for a simple matter. Jay and his team were committed to rectifying the situation after all this time. I was invited to the dealership by the manager and welcomed by a team of customer service-focused employees. Brittany Brown, the Finance Manager, went to great lengths to ensure that I left the dealership satisfied. After three years, I can safely say I am now happy with the car I’m driving and the exceptional service received. More
