This is the worst experience I had. the young lady at the cashier gave me attitude and was on her phone the whole time while talking to me and yelling at me to hurry up and pay and they the young lady at the cashier gave me attitude and was on her phone the whole time while talking to me and yelling at me to hurry up and pay and they charged me 600 to replace a battery and I only gave to get a 60 dollar oil change and at the end I had pay 700 dollars and then the same day all the warning light came up and I went back and they said 200 to check and it so stupid bc I bring the car the same day they worked on it and they charged me another 700 it so stupid I bring in the car for a 60 oil changed and they charged me 1400 at the and at the end the car still has issues and they want charge me 4k to fix it and it clearly there fault bc I maintain the car every month check the whole car and make sure the engine clean. That dealer is a scam and will overcharge you and give you more issue to your car they will never fix your car. More

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased with Alexis and was extremely happy to find her at Honda. Her knowledge of vehicles , her personable approach and empathy of my situation put me at ease.I Alexis and was extremely happy to find her at Honda. Her knowledge of vehicles , her personable approach and empathy of my situation put me at ease.I had an Acura RDX for six months . A hit and run truck driver totaled my car and another vehicle. Now I want to drive a tank as my daily driver. When I saw the Honda trail sport online I fell in love with it. I spoke to the receptionist who said a sales person would return my call. I was elated when Alexis returned my call. I arrived at the dealership shortly thereafter and once again received a good deal. My truck is rough and rugged ,capable of off road and smooth highway driving . I am 6 ‘ and happy with my roomy truck. It also fits in my garage. Thanks Alexis and the entire staff that assisted with my purchase 😁. More

Very Disappointed with Salesman’s Behavior. I had a very unpleasant experience with salesman Kazi Kamal at this Honda dealership. When I was buying my car, he was polite and accommodating. I I had a very unpleasant experience with salesman Kazi Kamal at this Honda dealership. When I was buying my car, he was polite and accommodating. I even recommended him to my father, who purchased a car from him as well. However, after my purchase, my registration sticker was mistakenly sent to the dealership’s address. On August 13, I went there to pick it up, and to my shock, Kazi Kamal spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, and I did not appreciate the way I was treated. It is disappointing that after making two sales from my family, he showed such poor customer service. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially when coming in for a simple matter. More

In 2022, I went to Acura Valley Stream with the goal of driving away in a car. Instead, I ended up with multiple credit inquiries and no vehicle. Fast forward to 2025, three years later, I received an unexpected call from Jay Rosenthal, the General Manager for Honda and Acura Valley Stream. Jay and his team were committed to rectifying the situation after all this time. I was invited to the dealership by the manager and welcomed by a team of customer service-focused employees. Brittany Brown, the Finance Manager, went to great lengths to ensure that I left the dealership satisfied. After three years, I can safely say I am now happy with the car I’m driving and the exceptional service received. More
