I brought in my car for diagnostics. It cost 103 dollars and they gave me a very vauge list of repairs. I was looking for a breakdown between parts and labor that it didn't include. I had the repairs done there for less than a third and haven't had any problems since. More

Just had an oil change yesterday.. They are awesome, I told them to take their time. They had it done in an hour, plus they hand washed my car. WOW!! I couldn't belive it. Honda of Watertown, is by far the most nice dealership I've been too. It is very clean,doesn't stink like Brass City. The employees at Honda Of Watertown already know my name. If you want to wait for you car they have an awesome waiting room, or you can go home, they'll pick you up when your car is ready. How do you like that!! Nice!! They also give you a ride home too. I recently purchased a Mini Cooper S from Honda of Watertown. My salesperson Rick, explicitly told me that they put new tires on the car. Now I wonder what else Rick lied about. Do yourself a favor, don't shop here. Don't buy from any place that has the Jon Lorensen name on it. Honda of Watertown was the first car dealership I had went to. After the experience I would never ever step one foot through the doors, nor would I recommend anyone to go there. I was looking at a Honda went to. After the experience I would never ever step one foot through the doors, nor would I recommend anyone to go there. I was looking at a Honda Civic. I picked out the car I wanted, (which ended up being a 2010 Honda civic coupe ex). After signing the deal and getting a price that was told to be 233 a month I agreed to purchase the vehicle. They told me that I was all set my credit was great and that I got the car. Everything was signed and thy told me that I could take the car that day. Nate told me he was sending it back to get cleaned and ready for me to take it. After twenty minutes he told me the car was all set. He gave me the keys and the books. Then told me I just had to go in Drew room to sign the final papers. When I arrived in the room Drew told me that I have to pay an extra hundred dollars a month to get the car. I was confused of why they told me this after they gave me the car. They told me they assumed I was a tear one by my appearance but I ended up tear three. They were then rude to me and were just trying to push off a deal after they messed up but were not willing to negotiate. I would not ever go to Honda of Watertown. They are rude and disrespectful.
