Another great job by Carlos!!! He excels at proactively keeping me updated with the status of my car. Specifically, I appreciate how he is able to recommend services and repairs to optimize the use of lab keeping me updated with the status of my car. Specifically, I appreciate how he is able to recommend services and repairs to optimize the use of labor, thereby reducing my cost. For instance, while performing a routine break replacement they discovered that the left rear wheel bearing had to be replaced. If I authorized the repair, the labor costs would be greatly reduced because they were already working on that section of the car. Plus there would not be a separate diagnostic fee since they discovered the problem in the course of making a repair. Naturally, I authorized the bearing repair and I’m delighted with all the work and service. In fact, I usually play books-on-tape while driving to work, but today I just wanted to listen to my car run. I truly feel like a strategic partner / client in the care of my car with Carlos, not just a customer. More

I brought in my car for diagnostics. It cost 103 dollars and they gave me a very vauge list of repairs. I was looking for a breakdown between parts and labor that it didn't include. Just had an oil change yesterday.. They are awesome, I told them to take their time. They had it done in an hour, plus they hand washed my car. WOW!! I couldn't belive it. Honda of Watertown, is by far the most nice dealership I've been too. It is very clean,doesn't stink like Brass City. The employees at Honda Of Watertown already know my name. Art my mechanic is the best their is. He does an excellent job on my car, he is the only one that works on my car for the past 7 years. If you want to wait for you car they have an awesome waiting room, or you can go home, they'll pick you up when your car is ready. How do you like that!! Nice!! They also give you a ride home too.
