No B.S., just cars Walking into Honda of Westport was such a nice change of pace. I've had HORRIBLE experiences with car dealerships in the past -- to say that my guard Walking into Honda of Westport was such a nice change of pace. I've had HORRIBLE experiences with car dealerships in the past -- to say that my guard was up, is a gross understatement. Brian Mancinelli was extremely knowledgeable, authentic, NORMAL. Apparently, this dealership operates a little differently: they would rather move a high volume of cars then pull the wool over your eyes, for a few extra bucks. Our experience with the finance department was also very positive. They even told me what to do to get reimbursed for an extended warranty, for the car that we were trading in. For the most part, we like our 2016 Honda Pilot so far. After a month, the second row seat won't retract fully to allow people in in the third row. Other than that, it drives well and I think it's well-designed on the inside (lots of storage, navi/entertainment system, etc). More
