Always very helpful and they go out of their way to meet your needs. Brian in particular has been a pleasure to work with - he takes the time to make sure I am well informed at each step in process. Service Dept is top notch as well. You bring your car in and the service or repairs are completed properly and in timely manner. Even when my older Pilot was broken into they were right there making sure it was repaired quickly. No need for an outside mechanic when service dept is so efficient. More

Wonderful Experience with my new purchase! Walking into Honda of Westport I was at doubt just because I've had very bad experiences before at other dealers turning me down but as soon as I walk Walking into Honda of Westport I was at doubt just because I've had very bad experiences before at other dealers turning me down but as soon as I walked into Honda of Westport I felt at ease, I was greeted immediately and was offered to test drive a car in within the 5 minutes of arriving. Luis and Dean both helped me out with my purchase, both gentlemen were very supportive and extremely helpful, they both answered questions and concerns I had. The whole process of purchasing my new car took a few hours and I was able to drive off the lot with a new car all thanks to Honda of Westport, you guys make dreams come true!!!!! More

Got exactly what I wanted!!!! I can in to the dealership because I needed a new car. I had no idea what I wanted but Darlene helped me so much. I looked at one and thought it was too big and expensive but I really liked it. I drove 2 small cars that were OK and she showed me several others that were bigger. I looked at that first car each time we came back from driving something else. She told me that maybe I should try it. We took a test drive and I was hooked. Took it home later that day. Financing was easy. They gave me a great trade in price for my old car. I even just told a friend who needs a new car to go see Darlene and get hooked up, too. More
