Excellent Experience! We were looking for a used Pilot so we got a quick lesson on pushy dealerships and salespeople...well that was until we walked into Westport Honda. We were greeted by Kam who was very easy going, professional and took time to listen to what we needed and wanted. We were in touch with Kam by cell phone about another Pilot and returned the next day. Kam was not in so we were reluctant in speaking to Kevin and although he proved to be knowledgeable and a loyal team player we were mindful about commissions etc. To my surprise Kam told us that securing a car was what was important. We returned the following day to deal with Kam as well as Kevin because this dealership works unlike any other that I have experienced as they truly work together to please the customer in the most efficient and stress free way.
