Service Rep Dan was amazing. Service Technician forgot to place Tire Valve Stem Cap back onto my front left tire. I was very understanding as things can happen. A new cap was Service Technician forgot to place Tire Valve Stem Cap back onto my front left tire. I was very understanding as things can happen. A new cap was immediately put back on. However, when I drove off, I noticed my car was making a slight nocking noise on the front end. I live two miles away and hand to bring my car back because I was terrified to drive my own vehicle. The knocking noise became louder and my car didn’t want to brake (these were new brakes installed when the vehicle was serviced). I brought the car back and requested a technician test drive with me present. The Service technician who did the test drive heard the knocking noise and then eventually the brakes screeching and not stopping as it should. He imminently said that the sounds my car were making were not normal. Whom ever served my car and replaced my brakes failed to tighten the bolts on my left caliper. I appreciate that the repairs were swiftly made. However, I wish that better care was taken with insuring my car was SAFE to be returned back to me, the customer. More
