This was tthe second service for a continuing problem. So far I cannot comment since it has been less than a week since my service appointment. My problem started soon after I purchased my 2017 Escape whi So far I cannot comment since it has been less than a week since my service appointment. My problem started soon after I purchased my 2017 Escape which I had serviced in January of this year. There was no charge for either of my service appointments, however I lost the used of my vehicle for two days in order to have my problem rectified. Hopefully my problem has been resolved this time since it is a pain in the butt to lose use of my auto. More

Poor Service I had my explorer serviced at HF and when I picked it up, there was a huge dent on the side of my car. I have called the dealership 3 times and left I had my explorer serviced at HF and when I picked it up, there was a huge dent on the side of my car. I have called the dealership 3 times and left messages and haven't received any word. I had a similar incident where twice I took my car in (as I am a loyal 15 year customer) and got it back with oil marks, scuff marks, oil stains and deep scratches on my vehicle. Wanna know the worse thing? Not once did anyone try to reach out and fix the costly mistake that they had done. Low class More
