Awesome service from an awesome service advisor! I want to say that I've had my vehicles serviced at Honolulu Ford prior, and I wasn't impressed at all. In my opinion, that's how service employees should be, appointments are easily made, I'm given updates and the promised work is done. I believe that if more staff would follow his work ethics, Honolulu Ford would have a 5 star dealership service department. More

Car Service Recommendation Going in for routine maintenance and a weird AC problem was no mean feat for these guys. I had Chad help me out with my car problem.
