Mr. Shi, Regrettably, your bus was damaged while in our care and it took several months to get the proper materials to Oahu to repair the dent. We are very sorry and clearly wish that the incident had not happened. The driver that we involved in the mishap also expressed his apology. As for the vehicle itself, your bus was built by a non-ford vendor. Our service department had many telephone conversations with Ford engineering as we attempted to resolve your concerns. However, as we expressed to you, the non-Ford components that were installed by the bus company are causing your vehicle to not perform properly. We have followed Ford’s direction concerning repairs. In closing, you did not purchase your bus from Honolulu Ford and we have worked diligently to help you as a your local Ford dealer, but clearly there is no repair for a poorly designed bus. We encourage you and your attorney to contact the company that sold you the defective bus seek resolution from them Respectfully, Honolulu Ford
