The dealership where I bought my 2010 Fusion Hybrid (not Honolulu Ford) ceased Saturday service hours AFTER I bought it, so when my driver's inside door handle broke on a Friday night, I was concerned. Honolulu Ford's service dept. was closed that night, but Ariana Braine advised me to call the service dept. first thing Saturday morning, which I did. The operator wasn't sure they could fit me in amidst the customers with existing Saturday morning appointments, but allowed that I could come in as soon as possible and talk to a service advisor. John Sollenbarger was extremely helpful and friendly, agreeing to schedule me in. He even knew how to pronounce my last name correctly, for which he gets bonus kudos. He also took a photo of some constantly shifting door trim, to forward to Ford so that we could schedule another visit to fix it (I am presently waiting to hear back on that). But my door was fixed promptly and courteously under warranty, for which I am very grateful. Mark Benson saw me waiting for my car and was also very friendly to chat with, and we discussed the importance of dealerships returning customer calls during the sales process. I also met John in Sales. Mark and John were very intent on improving the customer experience - Mark asked me to review Honolulu Ford on this website. I was extremely satisfied with this visit. More

I called up this company to inquire about used car inspections. I was almost shocked to find out from Kevin that this type of service was available and it was even more than what I expected. Kevin told me basically what it would entail and set me up with an appointment. He was also very polite and professional over the phone. It was very easy to speak with him. After arriving at the dealership, I met with Kevin and he gave me a print out of the list of checkpoints they'd be reaching during the inspection. He also notified me of the special no interest financing for the used car extended warranty offer. Already being pleased with the service I was receiving from Kevin, I was extremely pleased with the manufacturer for offering such a thing as this. Kevin provided exceptional service and the crew at the checkout were also very polite and professional. I really enjoyed and appreciate the experience I had at this dealer. I will most definitely be back for more. Thanks Honolulu Ford for making it possible for me!!! More
I leased car in 2008 from another dealer. The servicing department, from Kevin, who is in charge of my needs, to Jared and Tracy, is great. I am always greeted with a smile and what can we do for you attitudes. When I decided to buy out my lease, the finance manager, Arsenio was terrific. I discussed options with him, went home and reviewed them, and returned to purchase my vehicle. Just this week, I had another great experience with Gary, who did a drive around with me to determine the cause of a noise I was hearing. Obviously knowledgeable, he did his diagnosing and was so friendly too. I am serious... I have to write because overall, everyone has been terrific over the past 4 years!! and it continues…and I love my MKX Thanks to all of you!! :) More

Henry Tabios and his team have been in charge of the maintenance of my 2002 Explorer and 2003 E-150 Cargo van for many y have always been good to me. My confidence in the Mechanics at Honolulu Ford is based on a perfect record of success. The dealer always has the latest information and best parts for my vehicles. Both my vehicles are in top shape. Travis Purdy, Barbara Russo and Mark Benson discussed the new 2013 Explorer with me. All three of them educated me about my next vehicle; a 2013 Ford Explorer. My ten year old Explorer has been really exceptional. I am certain the 2013 version will exceed my expectations. Grandpa taught me to go to Honolulu Ford and I will carry on the tradition with pride.
