Supposed to be excellent customer service should be 360 degrees meaning dealer and customer relations should be observe in good faith. They should diagnose really the problem and complain of the unit or car that every customer had and reccomment the right solution during the visit to avoid customer dissatisfaction. This could be also an efficient tool to increase profitability by excellent customer service satisfaction, if we really help customer to address their concerns.
