Our experience with the GMC service department has been extremely frustrating. Our truck has been sitting there since last Friday, waiting on a part that was supposed to arrive by Monday—but never did. Wh extremely frustrating. Our truck has been sitting there since last Friday, waiting on a part that was supposed to arrive by Monday—but never did. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. I was without a work vehicle for several days, which directly impacted our operations. No one from the service team reached out with updates, and phone calls went unanswered repeatedly. I eventually had to go down in person just to get any information on what was going on. It’s unacceptable to leave customers completely in the dark when their vehicle is in for service, especially when it's essential for business. GMC really needs to improve their communication and follow-through. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their service support. More

Sarah Pratt has provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Anytime I have an issue, I can reach out to her directly and get immediate help. Initially, I was incredibly frustrated with the number of issues I had with my 2024 Lyriq—over 100 days in the shop at this location. However, Sarah's clear communication and willingness to assist transformed the experience and made scheduling and appointments 10x better. One major plus is the quality of the courtesy vehicles she arranges. Thanks to her, I no longer have to deal with EV loaners that only have a 12V outlet and can't even charge overnight—I'm actually able to use the vehicle the next day now. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I've received—especially from Sarah Pratt. I'd also like to give honorable mention to Steve (I believe that’s his name), who works on our car. He’s been extremely helpful as well. Thank you both! More
