Sold a problematic car, that they had to know about. Never got called back. I just don't trust them and how they do business and will not recommend anyone to purchaser a vehicle there. Unreliable, does not communicate, untrustworthy I bought a 2020 GMC Sierra, Feb 18Th. Could not pick it up due to safety issues until Feb 21st but no one told me about the issues until the 20th. I only take a 2020 GMC Sierra, Feb 18Th. Could not pick it up due to safety issues until Feb 21st but no one told me about the issues until the 20th. I only take the truck home for the night. The next morning 22feb, I start it, and then brake system failure alert is on. My truck has been at the dealership since 24Feb. Not once has the dealership reached out to me for an updated status. I have had to call multiple times or go in, in order to get an update. This experiences makes me wish I have never done business with the dealership and I will never recommend them to anyone! More
