I get Matt an Rob were already annoyed with my husband not being happy with the service. Dealership had our vehicle for 17 days. Were told parts were 5 days out on day 13 my husband stopped an asked about it. They said tomorrow. He stopped in on day 14, Rob barely started tear down. Tuesday we were called it was done. Husband is not stupid could have done the work himself in timely manner but we purchased warranty so we needed to use it. More
