Employees are very courteous but Iyou get sticker shock when you get the bill. If you charge fair prices any Toyota customer would much prefer to bring their car to the dealership rather than someone else. Next time I will look elsewhere. More

My truck left the service dept with more issue than it had when I dropped it off, they had it for 2 weeks and only put a starter on it and now it has all kinds of issues. The service writer complained about being on hold with the warranty company and trying to get approval. (THAT'S YOUR JOB!!) Even the warranty company suggested to take it to another dealership. I guess Hoover Toyota is only interested in doing $500 oil changes and tire rotations. More

We have bought around eight vehicles from Hoover Toyota in the last few years. The most recent is a new Rave 4 in 2023, a used 2021 Corolla , a used 2021 Rave 4 in the last few months. We purchased a new 2 in the last few years. The most recent is a new Rave 4 in 2023, a used 2021 Corolla , a used 2021 Rave 4 in the last few months. We purchased a new 2021 Tacoma, and several Corolla’s in the last few years. We noticed the next day that the used 2021 Rave 4 had 3 worn out tires and 1 with better tread. A tire company told us the 3 tires were worn out, and having 1 with some tread , could be hard on the drive train. Hoover Toyota refused to compensate us $855..00 for the new tires.They said “the car was inspected to Toyota standards.” We will never buy cars from them again.we will also advise friends not to buy vehicles from Hoover Toyota. . There’s absolutely no reason why anything in the vehicle should be touched and if it is necessary I should be informed and above all my things should be put back just the way I brought my vehicle in. Please whatever you do, do not put a deposit down on a car or truck. I put down a $1,000 deposit which is high for a 16K used older car, because i was sure i was going to buy this vehicle. Well unfortunately i had a huge repair bill that came up on my home. it was Thousands of $$. I figured since this had happened they would give my deposit back seeing i could not afford to buy the car anymore. They would not... I called and left a voicemail and never heard back from that person. Now I am in even more financial despair. I would have liked to think the dealer would have helped me out, since they are here to serve the community and their customers. I feel like that would have been the right thing to do. Any way i think this speaks volumes to their core character. Please find another dealer. More

I have bought three vehicles here and still drive my 2009 Tacoma. On Saturday, I brought it in for service, just as I have regularly done for fifteen years (275,000 miles). After waiting at my truck for five minutes, being totally ignored, I was approached by an employee (wearing no identification) who asked if I had an appointment. No appointment has been necessary for 15 years. I said I didn’t. After learning that I needed service the guy told me they maybe could get it done but it would be at least four to five hours. He delivered that message in a tone that left no doubt that he couldn’t care less. I am going to buy a new truck this spring but Hoover Toyota doesn’t want my business. More
