Great service attendant but Great service attendant! Nathan was great. But, Hoover Toyota as a whole needs do better when a customer pulls up for service to at the very least Great service attendant! Nathan was great. But, Hoover Toyota as a whole needs do better when a customer pulls up for service to at the very least acknowledge them within the first 10 seconds. “We’ll Be right with you!” Is all you have to say. Lastly, customers should not have to do a scavenger hunt in the parking lot after service is completed. You guys are great but let’s fix those things to maintain customer satisfaction.
