I built my vehicle and naturally there was nothing at the dealership that had everything I wanted. Hoover Toyota immediately started searching and found one in the whole Southeast that matched want I needed. Since I had a road trip planned for Easter weekend they worked their magic and had my vehicle to me four days earlier than expected. This could only have happened with the excellent teamwork from Hoover Toyota! Now I have a beautiful new 2019 RAV4 Limited, Red Flare Pearl with nutmeg interior! Love it and love Hoover Toyota. Worst service ever! I wouldn't even give them one star! My car was towed here after an accident since I bought my car here and have used them often for service. It needed four tires. I had the worst expe My car was towed here after an accident since I bought my car here and have used them often for service. It needed four tires. I had the worst experience ever! When the car was towed, the tow person said my rims looked fine but Hoover Toyota said I needed four new rims. Then they kept finding things wrong with the car. My car was here for over two weeks. You could never reach the service advisor when calling. He was always busy with other customers, at lunch, or off. My car was finally totaled and then Hoover Toyota said I could not get my belongings until the insurance company paid because they have been burned before by customers. He said he would call me and let me know when he received payment and when I could get my things and my cartag. Needless to say, I never received a call and my car was towed off with my tag and my personal belongings. When I called, he said he thought I had come and picked up my car. My car was totaled! I had to purchase a new car and I did love my Toyota Camry but after this bad experience, I did not want another Toyota. I will tell everyone about my the bad customer service I received! Do not buy a Toyota from Hoover Toyota and do not go there. Their Service department is awful! More
