My vehicle wasnt completed until 11:00 and wasn't washed either. Three and a half hours. Not acceptable! At least give me a realistic estimate so I can make an informed decision on waiting or returning. Another customer in the waiting area had the same exact results with sherry. He arrived at 6:45 and was told it would take about 1.5 hours. His vehicle wasnt completed until around 10:15. More
