No people skills. The used side didn’t even have a tech working on Saturday to do an oil change. Which I found odd. I was told to go to the other side. This is the second time this has happened on a Saturday. I did go on to the new sales side to get my car serviced. No smiles no hellos or how are you. Just “blah people”. Than when I picked up my car I payed and the keys were handed to me. I kindly had to ask where is my car? The gentlemen, with a smirk, “In the front”. Of course, with all the other cars I searched and searched. I typically only see VJ on the used side. She actually cares about service and her customers, and it shows. All the employees could use some education and guidance on their people skills. More
Outstanding personnel and “10” service! I’ve never owned a Toyota before so this was my very first service experience with HOOVER TOYOTA (in Hoover, Alabama) I was TOTALLY SATISFIED with I’ve never owned a Toyota before so this was my very first service experience with HOOVER TOYOTA (in Hoover, Alabama) I was TOTALLY SATISFIED with the friendliness, thoroughness, and overall professionalism of this department! Kelli was my ‘ service coordinator/manager’ and her communication skills were excellent! Overall great experience! Solid 10!! More

A little disappointed this time I usually go to Hoover Toyota for maintenance of all our Toyota vehicles and have for years. However yesterday’s experience is making me think to loo I usually go to Hoover Toyota for maintenance of all our Toyota vehicles and have for years. However yesterday’s experience is making me think to look for other auto shops. I had to wait a good 10 minutes before anyone recognized my presence in my car when drove in maintenance bay (plenty of cust reps milling around). Then the lady that did help me was less than nice and welcoming (new - had never seen her before - in fact alot of new people there - the store was just remodeled so not sure if alot of the maint techs or customer reps had left or not)... basic oil change and rotate of tires and adding new wiper blades took over an hour and a half... longer than usual... and not many cars there... lady at checkout less than steller with attitude as well... also new person... add that when I got there was some commotion with a customer right in front of my car... apparently someone else not happy with service... Needless to say this was not a good experience with Hoover Toyota and will prbably just go to Express Oil in the future to have basic maintenance done... More

Airbag replacement 3rd time is a charm, first time "no parts', 2nd time 'we need to order parts, but are on back order' finally 3rd time it gets fixed.
